Results Disclaimer
Every client's skin is unique, and treatment results vary based on individual skin type, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment instructions. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for every client, no specific results can be guaranteed. Multiple treatments or maintenance treatments may be recommended to achieve your desired goals.
Right to Refuse Treatment
The safety and well being of our clients is our highest priority. Health & Beauty Concierge reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if a service is determined to be medically inappropriate or not in the client's best interest.

Medical Disclosure Policy
To ensure your safety, clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information, including current medications, allergies, recent procedures, pregnancy status, and any changes in health prior to each appointment. Failure to disclose revenant medical information may affect treatment eligibility, safety, and outcomes.
